As a Licensed Professional Counselor, Ashley provides individual counseling as well as enjoys facilitating family counseling and parent coaching to build on family strengths and increase cooperation, communication and overall family functioning.
Ashley has an eclectic range of therapeutic approaches to be able to individualize her methodology based on client need. Ashley has an area of focus and special training in ADHD Certified Clinical Service Provider providing high competency in thorough diagnosis, symptom management as well as parent education and skill support. Ashley’s other unique areas of focus include: Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD) Informed Mental Health Professional, Art Therapy, Neuro-graphics, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy. Ashley strives for a holistic approach to address the physical, emotional and spiritual aspects of each individual.

In additional to therapy treatment services, Ashley is also trained and experienced in administering, scoring and interpreting a range of inventories for diagnostic assessment and report.

Ashley's approach to counseling is to empower her clients and families so that upon termination of therapy services, they are better able to handle life’s difficulties and challenges on their own. Ashley views herself as teammate, standing alongside clients and families in their journey.  Ashley considers herself here to assist, support, facilitate and provide them with necessary knowledge, skills and resources needed to tackle challenges in order to reach desired treatment goals.
